I am writing this review to express my appreciation to Ryan Watts. I had a great experience with him while searching for an apartment. He is very friendly, professional, and quick at responding to questions. Moreover, I was amazed at how he was professional, respectful, diligent, and very timely throughout our communication. Highly recommend, and thanks again, Ryan!

I wanted to wait until we lived here for a bit before posting a review, but so far they have been awesome! We were taking the train into school for two years as we had a hard time getting a place because we are students as well as a family, but axon didn't seem to hesitate on our application as others had with our situation. They were kind of life savers for us. We had to put in a few maintenance requests since being here but they responded really fast on them and have been pretty easy to work with. It has been a couple of months now but they have proven already to be pretty diligent managing things thus far and I look forward to continuing to work with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone else looking, especially others who may be students with families/children that may be experiencing similar issues finding a place that we were having prior.

We have been renting with Axon for over 2 years now and have been so pleased with our experience- my Dad even rents from Axon now! Shoutout to the Megan and the maintenance team for being so responsive and helpful!
